I called them for filter suggestions, ordered on line, great communications on shipping and easy install when the filters arrived. Want to buy great quality HEPA filters for your home - buy from these folks.

I am giving this company a 5 star review based on their amazing customer service! I needed a replacement filter for my Fujitsu and researched the product number on their website and ordered the filter. Unfortunately it came and was not the right one. I called their number listed on their website and got someone right away. \Chris\ was amazing. He stayed on the phone with me while we both researched which filter was the correct one. He even went and got the filter from the warehouse to compare it to the one that was shipped to me to make sure this one would be the right one. He was able to personally pack my two correct filters and got them mailed to me that day! As I was on the phone with him, I had emailed some local vendors to see if they had the right filter in stock. They returned my email about a half hour after I got off the phone with Chris offering me a lower price. I chose NOT to cancel my order with Hepafiltersales solely because of how great Chris was! Ordered Mitsubishi Mini Split Filter EZ bundle (x 2). Gave 5 stars for excellent customer service and product quality! Was in need of ordering replacement filters and could not locate product in Nova Scotia. Decided to give HepaFilterSales a try. Shipping was fast and the item quality looks good but I haven't had to use the items yet.
If I could give no stars, I would. They took forever to ship my order, I emailed to ask for a shipping date, no one answered. I finally called and was told the shipping date. When the order came, it was incomplete. I called numerous times, no one picked up the phone. I now emailed, but am not hopeful, as they ignored my previous email. Will not use this company again. So, an update: called again as no one responded to my messages, said they would ship out the rest of my order, no charge for shipping. Am happy I got a hold of them & they are resolving this. I would say this company is well meaning but a bit too slow and disorganized for my taste. They are very hff ard to reach by phone and they tend to not respond to emails.
