I went in with a print out from the \Make your own Jeep \ web site. We knew there was not one on the lot but figured we'd go in and get some info. We talked to Ricardo Cerezo, he said he would check near by dealerships. He found one with every item on our list but the running board ( which he told us could be installed later). This was on the Sunday before Christmas. He told us he had to be sure it was still available and would get back to us the next day, which he did. The Jeep was ours! Ricardo said it would be delivered, washed and fueled by 12 the next day...which it was. I couldn't have been more pleased. The Jeep is beautiful. What a great early Christmas present. Thanks to Ricardo for all his help , he's the best.

Bought my Jeep Renegade here a few months ago and had a pretty great experience all around, after having a pretty bad experience at one of the larger dealer 'factories' nearby. Was my last stop late in the day near their closing time, but Jeff was super friendly and helpful. I'll admit I was a pretty easy customer as I was in love at first sight with the one I wanted, but absolutely no pressure or icky tactics on their part. Everyone made the process easy, and they even stayed open later so we could finish the deal. Highly recommend checking out this smaller dealership with a friendly neighborhood feel if you're in the market.

Well I chose not to do business with them after first impression. The guy was nice but I was in for warranty services. He turned me down for a couple things so I drove several miles to another town and got an appointment in a week to take care of everything. I'll check back later if all is well.

I’ve never been one to complain I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Terrible customer service, I was completely ripped off when it came to how much I paid for my vehicle in comparison to other dealerships. And I already have multiple issues with my car that need to be fixed. When I tried to call for information on my vehicle (to send over to a different dealership) I was interrupted as soon as I started speaking to be put on hold. I was then told they were closed and then hung up on. I’ve never been treated so badly and completely regret purchasing from them.

I Highly recommend Dependable Dodge in Canoga Park. Ricardo in sales was great with communication and helping me find the right vehicle. Derek the sales manager made the negotiation process quick and easy with an awesome deal. Best dealer in So Cal. One of the only dealers not to stack crazy add on's to their new vehicles. Hilda in finance was very professional and helpful in getting all of the paper work done. Great Team and Great dealership overall. Thanks!
