Used these regarding a family law matter, the solicitor in question, did not pursue what I had requested of him, changed arrangements rather than sticking to what I had requested of him, generally do what they want, when they want and take your money and then when you complain they see no wrong doing in themselves, advice is stay clear of these money grabbers!!! 500 to do a phone call representation due to covid wasn't even on the phone an hour! STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE MONEY GRABBERS!!!

Appalling slow progress at the crucial latter stages of a sale. I run an estate agency in Kent and found this firm to be a barrier to a long chain of sales as a result of a lack of communication to other parties involved and being \too busy\ to deal with urgent matters on the day of exchange when needed despite the request being made early in the morning. It appeared other less crucial work was prioritised.
