BEST party boats on the Thames. I had my Birthday on board the Golden Jubilee and I have been to a number of functions since. You will not find more accommodating staff who will go out of their way for their customers. You will not regret using this company to hold your party - its honestly the best way to see London. 5 stars

We recently held a 50th Birthday party on board and cannot fault this company at all. Very organised and helpful throughout from booking until the end of the party. Would not hesitate to book with them again.
After dealing with this company for a while, I have come to experiance some of the most helpful and flexible working staff in an events company ever! They are good mannered and well presented with excellent telephone manner as well. Treated with great respect, even when I had some very specific requests. Prices were more than reasonable and the crew were amazing on the day. Highly recommend using this company again and again.
I would NOT recommend this company. There are plenty of boat hire companies in London and therefore I strongly suggest anyone reading this books with a different company. After spending well over a thousand pounds on a party with them, we spent an entire day arguing over a petty cost of 10. Their phone manner is unbelievably rude. I was interrupted repeatedly and spoken to in a way that truly shocked me. I was very surprised to learn that there are adults in this world who speak to other adults in the way I was spoken to; it was like they didn’t care whether or not we were satisfied with our service. The bottom line is that they were trying to withhold the security deposit (paid in case of damage to the boat/other additional costs) from us. They refused to pay it back which is illegal. Only when I quoted their own T&Cs back to them and told them that this is a LEGAL issue, did they finally agree to pay it back. They are a SNIDE, UNDERHAND company trying to operate below the law. Do NOT trust them.
We have just had our Christmas party and what a fantastic afternoon...the guys on the golden star could not have been more helpful, polite and accommodating. Thank you Joe and Tom for such a smooth cruise (I actually forgot we were on the Thames !) xx
