Picked up some great bargains in the sale! Shop was not over crowded so felt really safe. Staff were lovely and helpful.

An old, slightly run down and dusty Department Store, soon to close down, I think. I quite like it because it feels old fashioned and a little retro but it is always empty, there are little signs of decay everywhere and there's a sadness in the air. Nonetheless, at least one staff member (the manager of the suiting department) was very helpful and attentive in helping my partner find a suit for an interview. There is wheelchair accessibility throughout most of it and a lift.
Howells of Cardiff is a City Landmark. Still superb 1to1 attention and service. Nothing is too much trouble from their polite well turned out staff. A pleasure to shop there Do not ever leave Cardiff. Been shopping there for 65 yrs!!!!!!!!!
Ok if you have the money to spend on expensive goods. However quality is second to none.
There was a lovely lady that helped me to get my correct size 6. I didn't get her name, but I wanted to say thanks, you are awesome.
