I can't recommend this company enough. We came across to Cardiff looking for a fireplaces somewhere else and happened to drive passed and spot Premier Fireplaces. The selection there is fantastic, the showroom is beautifully presented and you can get a real idea of what you're looking for. I was lucky enough to speak with Julia who really helped me narrow down what I was hoping to achieve. Her product knowledge is second to none and I felt so much confidence in her that I knew this was a company I wanted to do business with. We went back a second time and settled on the Riva2 750HL gas fire and a Portuguese limestone surround with lights. I also have to praise the fitters who gave me absolute confidence in what they were doing. The whole process with the Premier team has been professional and effortless. As you can see from the images the room is 'in progress' but the fire and surround are in and looking fantastic.

The whole experience from choosing our fireplace, ordering and fitting was fantastic. The staff in store were helpful, nothing was too much trouble and made the choosing exciting and fun. As for the fitters they were second to none! Not only were they complete gentleman but extremely good at what they do. Would I recommend Premier Fireplace and their fitters- - - ABSOLUTELY!!

AMAZING SERVICE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TEAM! Not just a warm showroom! ... But a very warm welcome and friendly sales team. Both Julia and Caroline were wonderfully knowledgeable and professional throughout. Their excellent communications and fast response times to all questions I had, really helped make for a swift and incredible service / installation. Eddie and his fitters did an amazing job of the installation of both fire (Gazco Riva2 600) and chimney cowling. We are thrilled with the final result and highly recommend Premier Fireplaces to one and all looking for anything fires related! Thanks again Simon
