We are a fast growing training provider based in the heart of Cardiff Bay. The Company has three distinctive sectors, Security Training, Employment and Bespoke Training in the fields of employability programs ensuring the candidate is multi skilled and ready for their new role within any company.

I first met CEO Dave when I was 18 who put me through my SIA course which was thoroughly enjoyable and knowledgeable which led me to apply to work for the company. Rubicon have contracts in so many different sectors, which means there is lots of different types of work available.
