This place serves a purpose in regards to examinations for driving theory tests and other careers. There are also two other flaws which house other businesses I'm not too sure about. Truthfullyit is hard to find a very outdated building in desperate need of renovation. ceiling panels of falling out and the old wooden decor creaks on every footstep. The staff themselves are friendly and very helpful. The toilets need work and the sink in the male toilet was actually permanently leaking. Probably one of the older buildings remaining in Cardiff.

Centre is fine but it's a pain to find. Walk towards Queen Street station from Churchill Way, immediately after the Chinese restaurant the building is on your right. The signage is only visible from the Capitol Car Park side of the road

DVLA Theory test is conducted in 3rd floor of limerick building. Candidates have to wait outside and press 3 to get access to the test center. Make sure that mobile is switched off and test center will provide locker to keep the belongings.
