First class service. Excellent. Joel and his team checked my requirements and planned my move very thoroughly. This particular move included taking my furniture to two different destinations. Full packing and moving service provided. Joel and his team were very thorough and efficient. They gave us excellent advice on packing an overnight bag! And they were great with our dog. Made a stressful day very easy.
Joel and his team were excellent from start to finish. Very professional in all aspects of the task. We were moving across country and Joel's team were on time both on departure and on arrival at our new home. Speedy unpacking but not rushed. I would strongly recommend them for all one's removal needs.

Joel did our main move and although he slightly underestimated the volume with the vans, so we had to do multiple car runs, they worked well. However when I subsequently asked them to move a disassembled kitchen c. 5 miles, they charged 195. The granite worktop was broken when they stacked it and they have refused to accept liability, claiming they did not know it was granite even though they had been sent pictures of the units. They also claimed it was my fault they stacked it the way they did because of the space available. In other words refused to accept any cost of repairs. Won't be using again and cannot recommend.
