We just went for our visit to Santa after current restrictions unfortunately meant our breakfast with Santa had to be cancelled. We were instead offered a visit to Santa's grotto. We were greeted by 3 amazing elves who knew the names of our boys without us saying a word. They chatted for a while, asking if we had an elf at home and his name before one of them excitedly said that she used to go to school with him! Then another elf said that he used to be an elf on the shelf but he was too naughty, so he had to work with Santa and learn some responsibility so Santa could keep a close eye on him! Absolutely brilliant and in character as Elves. We had a walk through the amazing Christmas display and the kids were amazed with all the lights, trees and animated animals, it was truly magical. Then we went outside to see the big man himself. Santa was sat in a little hut outside with a cute little fence around him to stop the children running up to him. As it was raining, an elf came and offered us umbrellas (they had thought of everything!) Santa was amazing, his chat was great, he kept the kids attention and was very believable. He stood and talked to the kids for a good 10 minutes before directing us back in to the elves who helped the kids select a gift each. We had a great time, everything was clean and very well socially distanced. The garden centre itself looked amazing after its recent refurb with a great selection of both festive and non festive goodies. I highly recommend and would like to thank all the staff and management at Rose bank for getting us in to the festive spirit. You're all doing a great job.

Visited this garden centre back in October while out and about in South Lanarkshire. Garden centre is a mild misnomer as the centre also sells household goods, books, cards, clothing and domestic furnishing. The garden centre is a bit uninspiring at the moment, but that’s not surprising as we’re in the middle autumn. Their collection of scented candles are excellent and I got some for my nieces who love those.

Saturday breakfast - great food and good value. Treated ourselves to cake and coffee too (fantastic selection of sweets!). Great set up and staff were very welcoming. Had a wee look round the Christmas decorations on way out - great garden centre, well worth a visit.

We went because the Christmas shop is now open & we wanted to have a look at whats available and there is load of different stuff. Regards Covid, they were well marked routes & hand-wash stations. Going into the restaurant, you are temperature checked & contact info taken

Good verity of food . Staff friendly. Have noticed the buzzers they give you to let you know your table is ready are not being wiped on return. A big surprise as this is important when so many are handling buzzers. Still love you .
