Each doctor and nurse I saw at this hospital was friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and patient. My Spanish is not good, but they kindly spoke with me in English. The hospital building itself is modern and clean. Thank you for treating me with such kindness.

This is such a bad clinic. They want to have cash money, even as they have a contract with my Insurance. All doctors except of Urgencia are externals. The online reservation doesn't work, registration failes, as no confirmation SMS has been delivered. I tried it three times. The help desk for that issue is no help desk, so they can't help. I can not recommend to get medical assistance here!

Awful experience for my wife, extremely unprofessional and undignified way of dealing with a sensitive issue. After a miscarriage my wife was subjected to long waits in dreary waiting rooms and asked to walk around the hospital in a state of emotional distress to collect blood test and biopsy results. Something that would not happen in a normal, well run, up to date hospital. During the operation to remove the Embrio my wife was asked to bare all and lie on a bed whilst a group of men stood and had a conversation, such an undignified and a disgusting way to treat a woman in a time of such emotional distress. I have used this hospital a few times and have always had long waits and never felt like I've recieved a professional service. My son was diagnosed with laryngitis here when in fact he had bronchitis, the bronchitis worsened ad a result of this and he had to spend a day on a nebuliser at a public hospital which I might add was much better. Won't be using the Nisa again.

Si tienes cita, procura ir una hora antes solo para la cola de pasar la tarjeta, y poder estar a tu hora, pésimo sistema por falta de personal solo una persona , eso si el personal excelente y amable , sentirlo? Darle solución, mas personal

Muy buenos profesionales. Muy amables las chicas de recepción. La verdad es que llevo años yendo a este hospital y nunca he tenido ningún problema. Los resultados de ecos, radiografías, analíticas son rápidas. Muy contenta en general.

Me he quedado sin asistencia de medico internista que llevaba mi caso desde hace mas de dos meses porque o hay agenda abierta\. Llamar por l teléfono es tarea ardua, no funciona , o se establece con cortes y oscilaciones de voz..etc. un desastre. Tengo que buscar otro hospital
