would give 6 stars if i could. 2020 been a horrible yeah and Castle have really been considerate, always responsive and i would highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent around Glasgow.

Absolute criminals, shouldn't be allowed to be letting agents. DO NOT RENT WITH THESE CROOKS
The most dishonest and useless company we have ever dealed with. Almost unbelievable. Avoid. We rented one of their flats 10 months for 875 pm. When my husband went to have a look the flat for the first time, he was told the flat would come with a parking but it actually didn't. Also, there were several damages on the wall of the sitting room and the main bathroom. We were told they were gonna be fixed by the day we moved in but they were never fixed. The blind of the second bedroom was broken ( it was completely fell off from the window ) and it was also supposed to be fixed but they never did... We contacted them many times but in the end we gave up. The worst thing was, they blamed us that we caused these damages when we were moving out! We explained our situation again but they claimed to the deposit protection scheme. Thankfully, my husband kept many evidence such as photos and emails from them so we didn't need to pay for that but still paid a few hundred pounds for the cleaning fee. We believe the flat has never been cleaned after we moved out though, as it was totally dirty when we moved in. Now we are very happy that we bought a house so don't need to deal with an agent like them but the experience with them was totally nightmare and still can't believe the poor service they provide. And in case you are wondering, my husband is Scottish and he patiently explained them when problems happened, it's not just a 'misunderstanding' or anything like that.
Fantastic experience with selling a property through Castle Residential - the second time we've used them in recent years. Matt gave us good advice about preparing the property for sale and kept good communication with us during the whole process. Got a better price than we'd hoped for thanks to his advice! Would not hesitate to use Castle again when selling. Highly recommended.
Excellent Letting Agency. Castle Residential manage over 30 properties for me as I am often out the country due to work commitments, so cannot self manage. I have been using their property management service for 8 years now and having tried 3 other letting agents in the past, I can say they are by far the best letting agent I have dealt with in Scotland. They are HONEST which is the most important quality for me and they are very professional in their manner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED LETTING AGENT.
