I was 11 weeks when I came here, I read the reviews, I wasn’t too happy but I could afford it. I didn’t have a good experience all the way until the actual procedure, but the nurse who helped me, saved me. I wish I remembered her name but if she was so sweet and reassuring and just what I needed. This was during Covid so my spouse couldn’t be with me. But this stranger could have been my spouse with the compassion and love that she showed me. Thank you for your staff. She made up for everything else I was feeling. And that isn’t a light statement to be made.

This place tells your appointment is at 9:30 but don’t start the procedure for another three hours; worst experience ever! Been to other places like planned parenthood and they have you in/out. There is just way too many steps; they definitely need a better way of doing things. During a procedure like this who would want to sit around in your own thoughts like this. It seems as if they overbook too! Too many woman waiting in the lobby especially during COVID.

Most of the staff were very pleasant. They made me feel very comfortable considering the situation. I pray I'm never in need of this service again, but if I was, I would definitely be going back here.

Never again. They were just unprofessional, unorganized , room was small . The lady who drew my blood was just doing to much because so ask her to not do my left arm to do my right , she said no “ lucky I didn’t smack her . The therapist looks like she don’t like black people she kept starring in my face & ain’t ask no question but was so quick to say oh I can’t have my phone , I just would never go there again!

Nice staff, wait wasn’t long. The doctor was very nice. I would recommend this place. The only issue I had was in recovery the nurse in there was rude and impatient. I went to go change my clothes and just sat on that stool for a couple of mins then I starting getting dressed and she just barges in and don't say nothing and close my curtain. She never offered me any water or crackers. This isn’t my first time coming here But the rest of the staff were nice. The lady who did my ultrasound was real nice. We was having trouble with getting an iv into my veins and and she saw I was hurting where the doc was trying to get in there. So she came over and saw me and held my hand and was just talking to me. I can’t look when I have to get needles. So thank you for that.
