Really liked it. I like it better than the second location. For one thing, it's inside a house with an open ceiling, so it's safer during the pandemic. And the house itself is beautiful. Tried the longaniza de Valladolid, with freshly made tortillas, it was so good. Clean bathrooms, good service and they follow the pandemic protocols. Would definitely go back!

This restaurant is in all the tourist books. And I understand why. The place is beautiful and the food is really flavourful. This is the perfect spot if you want to discover the regional food of Yucatan.

The place is very recommendable once you arrive to Merida. I'm often suspicious of this \touristic\ places but this time it was unfounded. The place is delicious, the house is beautiful. The service is good and the variety of food is amazing. True local food. I came here more than twice. You can even come here everyday to try something new. Amazing.

I can't understand all the 5 star reviews. There were 8 of us and we ordered a variety of dishes and all were bland and fairly tasteless. The staff were rude and disinterested. The place looks good and if you want large tasteless portions this will be right up your street.

Best food in Mérida's historic area, period. My kids were wanting more familiar fare, but for those seeking excellent, traditional Yucateco, this is the place. It was bustling on a slow Christmas evening too.
