Such an awesome service! Took my bike there, with flat tires, lose wires, rusty chains and Pierre took care of it in literally no time! (picked it up only two hours later). Also the handles got adjusted and the whole bike just sparkled like brand new, I wasn't even expecting that. On top of it, as pretty exhausted and a little annoyed from pushing it over there through the heat, the guy totally lifted my mood with his positive spirits! Go there, ask for Pierre and you will not only have a perfect technical service, but a moment of being appreciated as a customer!

I bought a pair of heated gloves at the recommendation of the sales man. He told me they would change my life. The battery lasts 2 hours. They are worse than the other gloves without battery. They refuse to allow me to exchange them. The manager offers for me to buy another pair of gloves. This is the best he can do. This is literally misleading your customer. You don’t care. I am not a local. Thank you.

Avoid this place for ski/snowboard hire, staff are all so so so rude. We decided to try another ski rental this year and it was a huge mistake, Technique extreme has been amazing for the last 8 years. I would suggest anyone over Inter-sport Chamonix Centre.

First experience pretty poor as I reserved and paid online. However, did not receive any email confirmation, so was a lot of hassle/heated discussion about where my reservation was. Agreed to pay for it later as I needed a new booking. Mael was very very helpful so special thanks to him and his excellent service. Gave me a discount in the end due to the issues and he had notably better customer service skills/friendliness. So would like him to be recognised for that. Merci Beaucoup, Mael.

My dad bought a T-shirt from Intersport chamonix and there is a hole about 5mm big next to zipper. He sent an email to customer service with the photo of T-shirt, receipt and his bank account as required, but sadly noone replied. We also tried to contact the store which he bought T-shirt from and got another email address which is \infor@chamonix-intersport...\and did exactly same thing which they asked for. But same as before, we couldn't even get a single reply. I am so disappointed about your customer service. And it was a complete time waste. Why would you guys asked for that information if you guys don't send an email back.
