I see the ENT side of things with Dr. Smith. Staff and Doc have been fantastic in treating my ear issues. Compassionate, listens, and doesn't just try to shove medicine down my throat. Deducted a star because the hours can be unclear and sometimes they put the wrong date in the voicemail. It'd be helpful if they updated their hours on Google or on their website.

Went in for a second opinion for an ear issue that I have been suffering with for weeks. The entire staff treated me with such kindness and compassion I was blown away. My previous ENT doctors office gave me the impression that I was bothering them when I need their help with something that was seriously ailing me- that is not the cases with these folks. They got me in right away and each staff member showed me kindness I haven’t experienced in a doctors office. When Dr Smith listened to my concerns and I felt like I was really being listened to, he offered a course of action that my previous ENT didn’t even consider and I am already starting to feel better. I really wish I would’ve found them sooner!

very pleasant visits and staff.. got right to the issue and a couple different ways to treat my allergies. would recommend to anyone that has even the slightest symptoms of allergies.
