Worst Customer Service We recently moved to Charlotte and I looked online for a playground and this store seemed top quality, I will never know, since once I got there I was told I had to make an appointment, so law abiding as I am, I left and call the next day to make an appointment, the lady then specified kids are not allowed at the appointment time, I told her our situation and mentioned we just moved here and can't ask anyone to watch the kids plus the playground is for them I would like them to have a say, she said no, and I asked again if she could please make an exception and assured her my kids are well behaved and will not climb the equipment, she said I could leave them outside! I ask if I could talk to anyone else since she also claimed to have no control over the appointment rules and she said NO ONE at Superior Playgrounds would make an exception for me. To finish the conversation she did suggest for me to reschedule my appointment I said I always have my kids, there is no school or daycare and she said for a later time when you don't have kids... Here I come Home Depot

Our kids have played here multiple times. Really love the concept of turning a retail company into revenue, even if you don't buy a playset, trampoline or bball rim. Smart. They even offer season passes. Great place for hot summer days or rainy activity when the kids just need to burn off some energy and you don't want to deal with the crowds or costs of other indoor activitie.
We saw a 4k play set online and drove down to make sure our son likes it and to a schedule a delivery and assembly. When we got there the door was locked. We called and the rude employee that picked up said appointment only. We made an appointment... Turns out kids are not allowed??? Well my husband and I are not the ones that will be using this LOL.
Birthday Surprise !!! Bought the Basketball Hoop back in December . Asked if they would be able to install in March for my Daughters Birthday. They were happy to do so. Install of footing and Basketball Hoop went with out a hitch. Installers were great and made sure everything went as planned. My daughter was surprised and has used it everyday since installed. What a great distraction during these crazy times.
Nice clean play area for young kids. Basically a large showcase room of playground equipment, but for a fee they let your kids play on it. However, once you enter you will quickly recognize that it really is just a big showcase room as there are no siting bench, tables, etc. for parents to sit or wait on. Most important to note here is that there is just ONE bathroom. Yes, I said ONE. You can picture it, hundreds of kids and just ONE bathroom. For these reasons, this business gets only 3 stars. Aside from the lack of sitting/waiting areas and ONE bathroom, it was a good hang out place for the kids overall. Great equipment and the prices on the equipment aren’t too bad. The family enjoyed the visit very much.
