Went today for theory test. Staff were rude and talked down to me! Women snapped at me and told me to put my tray straight. Also when explaining the test procedure she spoke too fast and then asked do you understand. I can imagine even if people didn't understand they would be afraid to say so! Staff need to make people feel much more at ease. Also I closed a locker and man abruptly told me to open it as he needed to clean it. People here got no manners and are rude!

You show up, you're directed into a queue, you are asked to sanitise, store items and jackets in a given locker and your sent to your desk. Nothing more. Due to covid, the waiting area isn't in use so your friends and family cannot come in to wait for you. They try to give you some privacy while you're writing your test but it's not totally sound proof and you'll hear click and little noises from other candidates. It's not disturbing to be honest. The people weren't nice or rude, they just guide you to your computer to take your test, give you your results and show you out. It is what it is, a test centre.

Absolutely shocking. My daughter arrived along with around 10 more people for them all to be told to leave as we can't find you on the system. Just been told to email. Very unprofessional and rude staff
