I suggest you do not shop here it is not worth the money of being charged double after 90 days even that makes no sense it's poor Quality Furniture if you do not buy an Ashley product it is not under warranty I purchase furniture from there in January beginning of February it's now July and my base of my bed is broken and I was told on one occasion to send emails and photos of the product being broken and when I called back to confirm they said that they could have someone fix it this was someone that was playing the manager and then when I called back to confirm with a manager that he got my email he tells the secretarial whoever to tell them that they would call me back tomorrow which tomorrow is July 4th a holiday I told her that I wanted to speak to the manager and if he has something to tell me about what is going to take place tomorrow he should tell me over the phone that was like pulling teeth and talking to someone who does not respect his customers then I was told that he could not fix the problem and that they weren't going to fix the problem so now I'm stuck with a broken bed and double pay for poor material and Furniture the banks blame them they blame the banks are however they do something it's a very Place system and it is not good for customer to have poor materials used to build a furniture that the banks do not inspect or take the time to see if they are giving out product that lives up to a person's standards and having a bad broken within a year is not living up to my standards and then not to have a warranty on it and to not have any replacement is very poor business I refuse to give these people another scent of mine and I suggest to not and tell everyone to drive by this place do not let the reviews for you this is an unsatisfied customer with a broken bed that they cannot replace

Purchased some furniture. When they delivered it was determined that the delivered furniture was damaged upon arrival. They agreed to replace the furniture which was fine and nice of them, but then they charged an extra 60 delivery fee to replace the furniture that was damaged on their behalf. I think that just speaks of their policy and business. With their no return no refund policy it puts one in a tight spot to either accept the terms or lose your money. That to me is a never again purchase from this store.

Had a good experience with the sales people in the store. I got recommended to go there to buy my mattress. I ended up buying more than I needed to because the prices are good!
