I went to Colne saddlery just before Christmas to buy my girlfriend a few extra presents. I dont know much about horses but the young lady that served me was wounderful. She was so knowledgeable about all the products and so helpful. It was the best service I have ever recieved! I then returned after christmas with my girlfriend and received the same high quality helpful service from another lady. We will be returning here everytime we need something horse related!

I've used Colne for a few years now for my horse's saddle. Bought a new saddle from Maurice at the shop where there's arena to try out saddle. Since then, I've mainly used Charlotte who I meet at local venues to check saddle on horse or she comes to me. Charlotte's been very good with making adjustments regularly as and when needed. Charlotte also helped find a second hand saddle for my pony who's not an easy shape to fit. Later on adjusting this saddle to fit my current pony ready to be backed. Most recently Charlotte's helped me source a show saddle for pony, adjusted it, done a complete reflock, and posted back to me. Always very helpful and professional, advising along the way. Thanks very much Charlotte for your constant help!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help. Needed some biting advice so talked to Gail, Colne s in house biting expert and was amazed at her knowledge and help.
