We had our wood burner installed last week. Great service all round. The fitters were very helpful, friendly and professional. They did a great job, left the house tidy and explained to us everything. Very pleased with the fire and would highly recommend Stove & Fireplaces.

Fabulous service from start to finish. They stock the most beautiful Firebelly Stoves which took my attention straight away. Mike came out to quote and advise on the size/type etc. 3 weeks later, the team came and fitted it. i could not be happier with the service from all concerned

Sadly very unhappy. I explained we had a low budget whilst on the phone he said no problem made an appointment to view. Once there I was told no we don't supply lower budget fires, all he had were too far out of our price range, two hours out of my day travelling there and back and paying for parking. Would've been fine if I hadn't explained on the phone we didn't have a lot to spend.

We have just had an inset Stovex Fire fitted by this company and we are thrilled with it. When Mike came to visit us to assess what we needed we felt instantly comfortable with him no hard sales, and gave us good advice . The fitters were amazing very tidy and efficient so we cannot recommend this company enough Thank you Mike and your team we are very 'cosy ' in lockdown !
