Disappointing DIY store that is clearly in need of some TLC. Unwelcoming entrance that needs repair and nothing to invite you in. Kitchen and bathroom section needs refurb and has bright yellow / pink walls. Further you get into the shop the tidier it gets and is easy to navigate. Couldn’t find anyone to assist on my visit so no idea on customer service.
The staff are always very friendly, and most of the time I find what I need to compete the job for the day and the products I use are decent quality.

Not as bad as B&Q during this pandemic, however, they have a MASSIVE car park and the new queueing system is across the disabled spaces (there are only 2 or 3) a little more thought maybe.
