Great family run business - got me and my boyfriend set up on road bikes for the first time with all the gear (and no idea, to start off with!). A year later we're both regular and confident cyclists and always visit the Williams as a first port of call for any cycling equipment or to get our bikes serviced. They've been great getting my hybrid bike looked at as well - even though I don't look after it as well as I should!

Absolutely fantastic service from this independent store. They've helped me choose my new bike and equipment, get the right sizes and then sent my bike to me in Bristol by courier, all whilst the UK is on lockdown! It was serviced before being packaged, all I had to do was tighten a few screws. Unbelievable service even in these tricky times, can't thank them enough. Cheers!
My Giant Rincon has spent the last 14 years in my garden shed. I was on the verge of scrapping it, as it looked so bad. At the last minute, I decided to call Williams. I explained it's history, and resulting condition. I booked it in last Thursday 21/01/21, and had a call 2 days later informing me it was ready. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I felt like someone who'd been to The Repair Shop with an old family heirloom, not expecting it to see daylight again. My bike was like new. I could see the 'techies were almost as pleased as me with their efforts. Unbelievable. Thank you ..
Williams is a traditional bike shop, with people who cycle, love bikes, stock everything you need, care about what they do and demonstrate the best possible service. They stock traditional and new current bikes, parts and accessories. They also have a great workshop. Even better when COVID is over they have launched a coffee shop. What more could you want Call in it will be worth it.
Just bought a Saracen Mantra Trail 2020. They set it up perfectly for my style of riding ,and offer a free service after 4 weeks of riding . The staff are friendly and are really helpful. Definitely recommend visiting this bike shop as it is by far the best all-round bike shop in Cheltenham.️
