What a lovely shop with friendly, helpful and kind staff. My 7 year old son was made to feel a very special customer - he absolutely loved the range of trains and models and could have stayed all day! The advice we received on purchasing his first DCC set was great as was the aftersales. We will definately be returning when we next visit the relatives. Thank you so much to you all at Chester Model shop - you are doing a great job-especially in these strange times!
