Son had 90 minutes notification of cancellation of test, so no time to book his instuctor. Arrived at test centre as advised no earlier than 5 minutes to be greated by employee shouting out us for not being earlier to air the car for 15 minute. (No notification of this new rule) His attitude was intimidating and were we made to sanatise car again, thankfulky a kind instuctor gave us some wipes! Examiner introduced herself, then started tutting we that the car was dirty on inside (was spotless) and insited both front windows were down due to Covid19 rules. The other learners who took their test at same time didn't have to do this. This attitude shown really was unprofessional and unacceptable when about to sit your test. Difficulty in communication as road noise/wind and rain my son found it difficult to hear/understand female examiner as she obviously was wearing a mask. Really poor experience and poor attitude of staff because we were on own car.

A Great Test Centre with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable examiners... I’m a Driving Instructor of 15 years... and I only really use this Test Centre... It’s a Big responsibility to give someone a licence to drive on our Busy roads so naturally customers won’t always walk away jumping for joy.. It’s an honest review.. We have a great team of Examiners in Chester... What more could we ask for ... I was compelled to write this review after seeing someone giving it only a one star review.. I’m sure they have since passed their Driving Test... 5***** Well Done..
I thought I would leave a review as i have not been able to find a way to email the test centre. I had my test on 17th March 2020, with an examiner named Mark. I work in hospitality know people are quick to write bad reviews and fail to praise. This was my third test and 2nd with this same examiner. He was clear with his instructions, and provided valuable advice at the end of both tests. I really suffered with anxiety on all tests but he could see this and tried to ease my nerves. I was glad this gentleman tested me again, it was a pleasure and i hope this gives him some recognition that he deserves. And to just say Thank you.
3rd March on Monday my husband had practical driving test, and he failed. We are not very with the outcome.The Examiner were very rude and shouting at my husband while he were driving and distracted him also he said to my husband that you should learn English first before you come to driving test. That word made my husband more nervous. And that was discrimination Examiner wasn't polite was very rude.
Hi Phulmaya Lama and Kivanc Emir Orken....please is it possible for you to give me the name of the Examiner whom you had your bad experience with As recently I have had an extremely bad experience to . And I am wondering if it is the same person. He bullied me .. .shouted at me ....verbally abused me belittled me on 2 separate tests. I have reported him to the DVSA but they believe him not me! He has lied through his teeth about everything. And I am. so angry! He behaved so badly that I have been put off driving ever again. And I am upset because I was learning to drive in order to help with my new grandchild So if you guys could give me your Examiners name then ican see if it is the,same one and take my case further. For your sakes and mine Thank you . ..
