I must thank Brandon, Dean, Andy, and Josh for being fantastically helpful throughout this tricky order and unpredictable arrival at the store. The bike was a Trek e mountain bike which are very rare. Brandon kicked off with this impressive service by being so helpful in helping find the right size for my wife. He lifted heavy e bikes off display stands and fiddled with lever positions for the dropper post when my wife could not press the lever hard enough. He then spent ages on a computer terminal looking to see what was already expected to arrive in the store, and this resulted in us placing a deposit on a bike. About one week before the bike was due to arrive I called in the store to check on the delivery and Dean spent a considerable time checking it on the computer, but needed to make a weekday phone call as there was an \alert\ by the bike. Dean had obviously got straight onto it on the Monday because at 10 am he rang me to say the bike was in the country and would be in store that week. On the phone later in the week Josh sorted out a couple of questions for the mechanics with enthusiasm. Andy was fantastically informative and humorous in the handover. All in all an impressive team who are very keen to help, I will be using the store again.

Collected my new bike from J E James today. Found the staff to be very knowledgeable, polite and helpful in particular Rob who went above and beyond to find me the right bottle holder (colour) and even fitted it for me, nothing was too much trouble. Also big mention to Brandon who was very helpful sourcing the right bike for my husband. Would definitely recommend J E James.

Excellent service, I wanted a turbo levo, and was away when they had the show at rother Valley, paid deodorant pit but led time for the bikes got extended, Dan and his team kept me informed, got my bike thanks to Dan, cheers Dan. I had a few updates carried out under warranty, recently had motor issues, motor updated and replaced. Excellent t service again. Cheers team, I'll give it a go.
