horrible customer service. representative unwilling to cater to needs, combative when asking for details on an order placed SEVERAL months ago. representative sounded upset she needed to use the phone. not going to place an order again, and will be pushing other contacts to pursue other manufacturers devices. poor customer service, poor ordering system, poor unit quality. good luck.
