Doctors there are very professional and helpful. As most of physicians office, waiting time is the problem most of us are facing, as some patients take more then regular time to see and the new system for documentation. Staff are friendly but at the end of the day maybe they become overwhelmed. At the end you will be been take care of and will be satisfied .

I came in as a new patient end of July. Started new rounds of meds. One of the meds gave me terrible side effects so I called the office. It rang and would send me to voicemail but the voicemail was full. I called for 2 days. Finally got a hold of reception and she said she would forward the message to the nurse. Never got a call. Called back a week later. Again, I was reassured I would get a call back that same day. Never did. Finally another week went by and they said Dr Nahhas was on vacation. I understand but a nurse should have followed up. On my second visit, Dr Nahhas stated I'm allergic to my dog. I was visibly upset because I had my dog for 6 years (since he was a puppy) He then says I should get \another dog\ and that there are some that are hypoallergenic. The insensitivity of his comment made me very upset.
