My Boyfriend bought some items for me(Valued: 250) and was told that I can bring items back for exchange as long as I had the receipt. After experiencing family deaths and being out of town. I finally had time to exchange the items (before 30 days). I called and was told that everything had to be exchanged within 7 days of purchase and they can't exchange it. I didn't want a refund or anything, only to change the size or pick out something else of equal or lesser value. This is why I never shop at these Boutiques. He tried though.
I Purchased the Full Body Power Slimmed Body Shaper online from 500 boutique on November 11th. After I made the purchase I came back to look at the reviews and to be honest I became a little nervous because they are not all pleasant and 90 for a shaper isn't a drop in the bucket.... Thankfully my experience was great!! So I came back here to leave a great review!! My order purchase confirmation was promptly emailed to me on the 11th and and I received the \your order has shipped\ email later on the same day after the label was printed. I tracked the package and the post office received my item a day or so later. My body Shaper arrived at my home promptly on November 16th and it is exactly as described on the website!! I ordered the 1x- I'm typically a size 16/18 and honeyyyyy it holds it all in but not just into a big ball it actually shapes my body and lifts my bottom at the same time. It cinches my waist just enough so that my muffin top is not seen at all!!! I will order a second one just to have it!! Extremely pleased with my purchase and hope the experience remains the same
This is my first and last time ordering from this company. I have sent several emails and countless phone calls(unable to leave a voicemail because the voicemail is consistently full) and no response back. I was sent the wrong item, a cheaper and smaller item from which I ordered. I don't trust to do an exchange until I communicate with someone from this company. I feel like I have been scammed. UPDATE...They finally sent me another wrong item after a month. The size was cut out of it and it's to small. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!
