I hired a small van for a three day period. The handover was really slick but still detailed, the van was brand new and a pleasure to drive, and the hand back was no-fuss. Best of all they were competitively priced compared to other companies, so I will definitely be using Bathwick again.

I rented a car and was told the tank was 3/4 full - unfortunately, this wasn't the case (it was empty) and I drove 30 miles, luckily managed to fill up before breaking down. I returned the car with half a tank and thought it would be common courtesy for Bathwick to reimburse me a little bit, but sadly that's not their policy. Good idea to check fuel level before renting ;)
