A very cozy and savory place, a jewel hidden in the Ligure mountains. A Must-Do stop if you are around Albenga, Liguria; or ever if you are visiting Turin (a 2 hour trip). The specialty is the Gnocchi al ragu di rucola for “primo piatto”, and the “carne alla ligure” as “secondo piatto”. Order a dessert and a coffee and you are all set. The hours or service 12:00 (noon) - 14:00 and then 20:00-22:00. Be aware you must call in advanced to make a reservation.
Typical Ligurian food. Roast beef is great. Tasty dishes of poor traditional food, ravioli, Genovese soup, home made cakes. Delicious. The restaurant is run by a family, they are kind and friendly. Worth more than a visit ..
The place is cozy and very characteristic but the owner is a b... (very unpleasant) and we got sick after having their pesto. I don’t suggest this place
