Просто отличный уровень обслуживания, приветливый персонал. Большое помещение, работают кондиционеры, внутри есть мини кафе. Не стояла в очереди вообще, за 15 минут подала документы, загранпаспорт даже раньше! I really liked the level of service, all consultants where friendly and helpful. The room is big, with air conditioning, plus there is some cafe shop inside with very delicious coffee. I came at 6pm and didn’t sit on the queue at all, finished all my things after 15 min!

Good and fast service center. Instead of that fact there are always big crowds, it take not many time to wait. Coffee is available. What I like the most - it is opportunity to make shopping in shopping centre while you are waiting. I have my passport issued in 2 months instead 1 week. But it is a question not to center.
