We have been so happy with Rymes. We own our propane tank and I have shopped around extensively and found that they do give us the best price around. We have called for service a few times as well and they have arrived quickly, have been affordable and they have done a quality job. They have been a huge blessing! We are thankful!

Rymes is a terrible company. I've been trying for over a month to get them to come out to my home and fill their propane tank. Now it's 5 degrees out and we have no propane for heat, hot water, cooking and for running the house's emergency generator. I have been calling their office twice a week since mid October to report the very low levels of propane in their tank and to request a delivery. They claim they made ONE attempt to deliver, but the driver decided not to, claiming the driveway wasn't passable due to snow. We have the driveway plowed and sanded. I don't know what more I can do. Now they won't come out unless we pay an emergency delivery fee!
We have been doing business with Rymes for 10 plus years. During that time each one our experiences have been met with a professional highly skilled staff member. Their attitude towards the customer is to educate and to save costs where available. Their response time is always exceptional. We at Rochester Truck recommend them highly.
Been a customer since 2001. Commercial building. Service issues in the past and the chance to reciprocate business with a propane supplier that is also a customer led me to the decision to go to another supplier. The in ground tank is owned by Rymes and should have been a cordial \tank swap\ in which my new supplier gave them a new tank of the same capacity. I'm told this is done all the time between competing vendors. Not so with Rymes. They refused. I pressed and they finally agreed to sell me the 15 year old tank for 500 more than the cost of a new one! I told them they could keep it and had the new vendor install above ground tanks. Now instead of a shiney new tank in their yard, Rymes owns a 15 year old tank in the ground. LOL
1 day after Rymes moved my propane tanks and re ran gas lines throughout my cabin my cabin was destroyed in a fire. The Fire Department said when they accessed the property the fire was being blown around the cabin from the propane lines like water out of a garden house. The home was destroyed to the point the state fire marshal could not determine a cause of loss BUT it was less than 24 hours after the service completed. Now 3 years later Rymes is suing me b/c they did not pick up their tanks after I, the insurance company, the fire department and the demolition company called them to remove the tanks. They said they did not want to cross the caution tape but never went back. Steer clear & read all the reviews of this unethical, dangerous company !!!
