I own and manage a high volume vacation rental in Orange Beach, AL. I hired Cleaning the Coast of Gulf Shores about 6 weeks ago, and they have cleaned and turned over my unit about 9 times. The owner and his team are very communicative, which I love! They have a system in which you can send a text/email or call and it goes to multiple team members to ensure that someone sees it and responds immediately. They also offer additional maintenace services if needed- which is a huge bonus! I had a guest recently damage doors and showers and there was a 6 hour window to get the unit ready for the new guest arriving. Austin (owner) called in a favor to a plumber he knew who showed up within the hour...Austin then met me at my condo and installed a new door for me- all within a few hours. They really go above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied! The turn-key services they offer make it awesome for people like me who don't live in the same city as their vacation rental!
