I was so impressed with the assistant my mother and I were helped by yesterday. He was the most attentive, pleasant young man. He knew so much about wines, but it was his open sincere attitude that was really special. What a great experience to be treated with such care and respect. This is customer service above and beyond. Especially at this busy time of year, it was so nice to be treated with such genuine interest and attention. Outstanding!
