Bought a car from them given the current restrictions they did their best and were helpful but would have liked some help understanding all of the gadgets still working everything out handbook very detailed and dense with all of the different models in the same handbook

We thought the service team had inadvertently kept the spare key when we collected the car, they had not and it was completely our mistake. However, they handled the whole situation very professionally and courteously when it was our error, even though I'm sure they realised it was our mistake. I can only reiterate how impressed I was, both with the way they handed this situation and there overall level of professionalism and service, Thank you!
