Natural falls State Park located in Eastern Oklahoma is it easy to drive for anybody in Northwest Arkansas. This is a great location if you have children or someone who is disabled. You can easily access the waterfall by sidewalks. There are hiking areas trail areas picnic areas and plenty of places for children to run and play. You can easily spend a couple of hours here.

This little park was an unexpected delight. It’s well hidden off the main highway, there is one large sign telling you it’s the next left but that is it for markings but still easy to figure out. Park is beautiful and well staffed. Worth the time and the Yurts looked neat as well. For kids: The playground equipment is newer looking and clean. Great area for adventurous kiddos!

If you are looking at this review to decide if you should go or not.... GO! I camped here and the facilities were great. It was so quiet and peaceful. I didn’t use the showers, but they seemed clean and nice! The park is very well maintained and beautiful! And the waterfalls?? Well, the pictures speak for themselves! The hike there is pretty short, but as mentioned in other reviews, it is very steep! I woke up early to watch the sunrise then headed down to the falls and had it all to myself. I could have spent all day next to the falls.

This park is a great gem. We happened to find it on maps while looking for something fun to do while staying in the Grand Lake area. Getting there off the highway can be a bit tricky but it’s well worth it. The park is well taken care of and the trails are varied and fun to walk. The walk down to the falls is a bit steep, think one person wide concrete stairs. But that path down is worth it as the falls are incredibly amazing.
