As it was our 35th Wedding Anniversary today my husband wanted to treat me to a few charms for my Pandoro bracelet so we decided we’d go to the Coleraine shop as it always has a good choice and plenty of stock.I haven’t been out shopping for treats since the virus came. On entering the Empty shop we had our masks on and cleaned our hands. A girl with glasses and red hair approached and asked if she could help.I said that I just wanted to browse at the charms as I wanted to buy and when I had picked through the glass cabinet I’d let her know She replied there’s no browsing here to which I replied but all I need is to look and she said again we don’t allow browsing.At this point four more people entered the shop and were taken to the back of the shop by another member of staff to browse at whatever was down there. I said to the one with red hair ‘fine I’ll do online shopping then even though I don’t like it’ She then started to say there were too many people in the shop to which my husband reminded her that we were first in and that there was no one else when we entered. We left the shop and I didn’t get my 35th Wedding Anniversary Present. We are disgusted as to how we were treated by this obnoxious shop girl who spoiled my day out to Coleraine and I hope her Manager can reprimand her for her attitude. When I came out of Moores and stood on the street half hour later there were at least eight people in the shop all browsing around. There are no signs to say No browsing or No Sale for that matter only a yellow sign on the left hand side window about Covid rules. I shall never be back in that shop in Coleraine . And on the main website the shops in Scotland and Northern Ireland are open for business and No Restrictions other than adhering to the guidelines . One totally disgusted shopper in Coleraine Pandoro Shop.

All the staff in the Coleraine store are very helpful and would go that extra mile to help you and I wouldn't go anywhere else a must visit. They are very friendly. I couldn't wait to get in the store when I heard one was opening in Coleraine otherwise I would have had to travel to Belfast.
