AMAZING! I have ventured into many bridal shops but not one measured up to the service and style that Emma Hartley Bridal brought to my experience. A very special mention to Rachel, who not only, made me feel like a million dollars as soon as I entered the shop but a lady who was personable and informative without any \pushy \sales technique. I did find the dress today, so thank you, very much, but even if I didn't I would have recommended this stunning boutique to anyone - it was sooooo worth the travel to get here. Thank you very much to all he team xxx

Could not speak more highly of the service and beautiful selection of dresses available at Emma Hartleys when it came to choosing my wedding dress. Shout out to Heidi who personally dealt with my trying on and finding of the dress in a polite, friendly and supportive manner towards not only myself but my mum who was with me as well. Appreciated the mini “yes to the the dress” celebration and straight forward ordering of the selected dress.
We had great service from Heidi our consultant. The occasion was made very special by having the place all to ourselves and the sparkling wine to celebrate. Tiffany came home with her little gifts feeling really excited about her day. The selection of dresses was excellent and method of choosing them was easy to do.

I visited a few bridal shops from big city centre ones to smaller ones in my hunt for the perfect dress and Emma Hartley was by far the best. Their customer service was second to none, at no point was I rushed into making a decision, or egged on to try on anything I didn't want to. At the start of the appointment, Emma sat down with me and worked out what dresses I liked the look of from photographs and what styles would work well with my venue and budget. It was a unique approach but one that had me and my mum really relaxed and made us feel like we were in really good hands. I left the store feeling wonderful, not just because of the congratulatory glass of bubbly we were offered once we'd bought the dress! I'd highly recommend this store for first rate service and a gorgeous selection of gowns!
