The best and most unique flowers around. This gardening season I was fascinated by Brock Farms, first of all because they were the first farm in spring to have violas. I called couple of nurseries in Central Jersey at the end of Feb, beginning of March, no one had Violas. Finally, I could find them only in Brock Farms and in a very rare pastel color palette. The variety of colors was big, all plants were healthy. So I was the first one to have the flowers in spring in my neighborhood ;) Secondly, the noted thing about this farm they treat the plants with all respect, there are no upside down plants, there are no dehydrated plants, like you can see in many others places (️e.g I never buy plants at Walmart or big size nursery, as the plants are starving there, they treat the plants in masses and after all they throw the plants away). On the contrary Brock Farms is a small local farm, they take care of each and every plant, the display is done very accurately, the variety is amazing. Mid summer, I found very nice healthy local to North America Gaillardias, which until now brings me a lot of joy. Brock farms has flowers to each taste, the variety is large. Thirdly, they have a good organic soil and the European produced breathable clay/ceramic pots (Italy, Germany) of a very good quality. I go to this farm specially for those. My plants love those pots, because of the pores which provides the oxygen to the roots. One more tip: most of the glazed-ceramic pots look nice, but they make it very hard for a plant roots to breath and they are not good if you have excess of water, the plant will be always “swamped” So for me the unglazed ceramic are the most perfect pots ever. Fourth reason is COVID safety, Brock Farms has most of the spaces openair or very good ventilated. This brings a lot of confidence, because you see that they care about people and their associates. But of course make sure once you visit the farm, don’t forget to wear your mask.

Just purchased 200 worth of items including 2 snake plants (house plants) once I got them home I realized they were infested with tiny gnats. Just called the store and they refused to take them back. Beware when buying tropical plants, check them before you purchase. Will no longer shop there, and will dispute the charge with my credit card company. Tried to shop local but will buy from big box stores or supermarkets where they stand behind their products.

Was great I bought myself 4 Koi for my pond. The young man that helped me was great and patient while I took so long choosing what I wanted. I'll definitely go back.
