Great service!! I contacted them on a Tuesday, told them what I wanted. My sales rep, Jordan kept me up to date on the delivery and I had my new car that Saturday (it was over 400 miles away)! Went to a couple dealerships before this one and I will 100% come back to Machens again! They also gave me a great price for my trade in. The other dealerships don’t even compare! Love my new 2021 Dodge Durango!!

Thai was the first time I had my truck serviced by Machens after purchasing it a year ago. It was a complimentary service, which was great, because it was my first service after purchasing. However, after I drove it home, I hopped in my truck a few hours later and my front tires were low. They rotated the tires but apparently didn’t care to make sure they were all inflated properly. I had to go air up both front tires on my own so that the notification would go off the screen. May seem a bit petty, but when getting an oil change and tire rotation, I expect to leave with everything correct. Not making sure the tires were inflated to the proper specifications set forth by RAM just seems lazy.
