Classes are available for all skill levels, and mixed level classes provide catered options to all levels. Don't be intimidated to try something new! Come have fun with us!

Amazing instructors and a clean, comfortable environment!! If you’re looking for somewhere to learn pole as a beginner this is your place. My first 1 hr class felt like 5 minutes because it was so much fun & it was such a good workout my muscles were burning for a week. Really thorough warmups to keep you from hurting yourself (: These girls know what they’re doing ! ️

Well, I was the oldest and had extra weight on board. But I never felt embarrassed actually Jessica and other students were so encouraging. Going out of my comfort zone and trying something new was great. I will definitely be back!

I booked a party with Jessica and when I tell you all it was phenomenal!!! My group and I had an awesome time we laughed and learned some killer moves for later. I'd say for a the best girls night or for any occasion to get your girls together this place is perfect with the best staff.
