Every time I go to DMS they ruin my day. The last time it was with my 79 year old mother in-law. They have no regards for your time and are very rude and unprofessional. Fast forward to today, my mother in-law and I both had an appointment this morning. The front office staff, Sankeydra Evans, was very rude and unprofessional when I asked her a question about their check-in process. She stood they with her arms folded across her chest. I told her it was rude and unprofessional and asked her to unfold her arms. Of course she refuses. I asked for her name with the intention of filling a complaint with management but ended up canceling both appointments.

I would give a -10 score if able. I am a medical provider and believe in providing great healthcare to patients. Chose this facility when new to area. If you wish to receive great healthcare service avoid this facility. Incomplete mammogram, rude technician, given DVD that a follow up provider cannot open, request for new DVD met with great resistance and demand for additional payment, impeding ongoing care that is needed. I contacted providers previously associated with this facility who have cut ties. I now understand why.
