2/3 visits were a positive experience. I have used this establishment three times and had a few problems. Most of the nurses are very respectable and enjoyable. Some are not. During my two positive experiences the service was timely and friendly. My negative experience: Was informed of a time to arrive due to their lunch break. When we arrived we were told they have not taken lunch and I would have to come back in an hour after I myself was using my lunch break to get assistance. Poor customer service, poor planning and little to no regard or accountability to their positions, all considering they don't take appointments but have the ability to change their schedule/working hours at their whim.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible do not go here!!! They were supposed to send in my urine sample to get tested and never did. I’ve been calling for over a month and finally got someone to answer the phone! The doctor said she couldn’t remember what she said since it was (over a month ago) and that they didn’t send in my sample! I paid out of pocket and they will not offer me a refund when they messed up!! Waste of my time and money.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! - I had my television cast come to this location weekly to covid test, and everyone there was beyond helpful, and more than accommodating to make sure that we had the best service. If you are looking for a professional clinic to provide you with quick covid results, this is the location!! Thank you everyone!!
