You should be grateful you still have customers. I'm in Bahrain. The product which arrives here is unedible and I wrote 2 you an email to complain. At over 3 a pack you should be ashamed to call yourselves a manufacturer. I'm flying back to the UK in December I will come to see you and complain in person. Then you wonder why the UK economy is. Your customer service should be fired and put there people who do care about your brand.

Worked here for 5 years, never seen a place so corrupt & full of favouritism to certain individuals, only reason that’s good was some of the people I worked with. You’re just a number in that place. Amazing what they hide on the days of audits from their clients such as Asda, Morrison’s, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, when they go round and do their factory inspection too, it’s hilarious.
