Great initial treatment but follow up was terrible. I was waiting for results for ages. They were supposed to come back to me but didn't. I followed them up and left a message 3 times before someone came back to me. I believe this hasn't changed. I've been phoning them for my results again but I keep being umber 1 in the call queue...\ and continue to hold without being answered

I have always been treated with respect and listened to compassion. I owe this practice my life but have been so busy either in recovery or living it I've forgotten to ensure the right people get the credit. I will never, ever stop being grateful and realise how fortunate I am. Many thanks.
My experience of this practice is amazing, The staff are lovely, you have to wait a while for them to answer the phone but thats the same wherever you go. I really like my doctor and the practice manage Mhari is lovely. It must be hard for them getting abuse from people who dont consider what they are battling everyday give them a break, they're only human
Absolutely worst GP service I ever come across. They were horrible to deal with during my wife’s pregnancy. Once they were checking other person’s record even after asking DoB and name?? (How??). Always rude and unhelpful. They were be on the phone to someone for 10-15 minutes while you wait for to let them know you arrived for appointment as the machine was not working, finally I was told I was 3 minutes late so my appointment have to be re-schedule. Also lost repeat prescriptions request during corona when you wait about 1 hour to get to the door and same to reach pharmacy counter to be informed that they haven’t got any repeat request.
Can't get an appointment. Everytime I get in they tell me no appointments and call back the next day. Can't get through. They don't care what the problem is.
