Fraud FRAUD FRAUD! Do not use this man! I imagine the odd positive review is paid for or false. Have instructed lawyers to regain 1700 for cancelled private balloon flight on a beautiful day - so weather not an issue. He is not answering emails or refunding money so will to take him to court on principle. He is exploiting people - read other reviews! Check out Daily Mail article on his ban showing he is flying without a license! Don't believe the nonsense about good weather etc He is stealing from people and getting away with it. He took our money and booked a flight when he was banned from flying! Wish I had read the reviews first. Go with a reputable balloon flight like Virgin, who actually fly and have vouchers worth using.

A fantastic experience!!! Took a while to actually get the flight with cancellations and it's frustrating BUT A) it's well worth it B) you understand why it can get cancelled when you're there and see what's involved. You really get involved in the experience and with the other passengers which is great fun. The views are spectacular too. Big thanks to all the team.
Well... what can I say...WOW! Yes you've read the bad reviews about flight cancellations and it probably scared you off! Lets just say we were one of those who had our flights cancelled time and time again; however if you want to have a safe flight, be well looked after and can totally understand as to why the weather is uncontrollable then look no further! One of the best waits of my life!
Mike and Lynn were great! I was able to propose to my now fiancé without an issue! It was a great experience and I highly recommend!
AVOID! 270 paid, no flight ever arranged. We understand that the flight can be cancelled due to weather conditions but then don't refuse a refund when there's no other flights to book on to! Furthermore we lost all confidence in ever flying with this company after discovering that 'Captain Mike' was found guilty for two counts of acting as a hot air balloon pilot without being the holder of an appropriate licence in contravention of the Air Navigation Order 2016! Total Scam. In response to the companies reply: ''For the flight schedule and flight vouchers to work passengers must book onto flights in a timely manner and not leave it to the last moment, which is why if you are unlucky and cancelled 4 or more times in any 12 months we always extend flight vouchers for further 12 months free of charge - if you are trying to fly we will always fly you. '' - that's great, but when you come to re-book the flights there were never any available for our package. It seems impossible to book on 4 times in 12 months, so then to be told that we have to pay to extend that booking time is ridiculous! I get that you can't control the weather, no one is annoyed about that, (so stop replying saying you can't control the weather) people are annoyed because you take hundreds of pounds from them, promise them a fantastic experience but don't follow that through... if you can't deliver your promise you should be refunding the booking fee to your customers as a responsible business. Unfortunately as you say, your terms and conditions are water tight so that you can keep the money from every person who it seems commonly fall into this situation without actually having to fly! Furthermore, regarding the weather... I'm no expert in aviation however from a customers point of view it is very disappointing when a flight is cancelled due to weather, but then you see hot air balloons filling the skies.
