I found Access Coventry extremely well organised and tidy. The staff were very pleasant knowledgeable. This was my first time storing and they made it super simple and a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend!

I have tried to write a review that explains my experience at Access Self storage. The staff are superb. The prices are at first reasonable until you look closer. There is only one lift working out of two. The one that is working does NOT have an emergency button or intercom. You are advised in small print AFTER you get in to carry a mobile. The \units\ are in essence the original factory floor(the building used to be Lucas Electronics ) divided up with corrugated steel partitions and what resembles chicken wire for a roof. Its useful for what it is. There's no power in each unit. Light is communal. For 200 A month it's a bit steep.

Clean and tidy but could do with some maintenance. Emergency phone in lift still out of order. Could definitely do with more light, even if sensor triggered over units as very frustrating having to use phone light in evenings. Friendly staff and very helpful.
