I wouldn't step foot in this store again. The staff member didn't have the patience for talking through any questions i had and instead asked \do I want it or not?\. His attitude was incredibly arrogant and rude so I calmly told him so and said I'll leave it and walked out, as he sarcastically replied 'okay see ya'. I'm surprised this store makes any sales, I wouldn't give my money over to anyone treating with such distain, what did I do wrong here? Appalling.
Great service, great prices & lovely lvt. The staff were really helpful and very helpful, no pressure in selling. Very happy with the service.
I visited the shop this morning looking for an inexpensive carpet for our small bedroom, I found something suitable in their end of roll section priced at 85. However when I said that I wanted it delivered and fitted the cost mounted to 50 for fitting, 30 for delivery (I live 2 miles away) and 30 for adhesive (not sure what than was for). Whilst I realise they have to make a profit I decided to take my business elsewhere.
460 for carpet and then an extra 100 for delivery added at the checkout when the website falsely claims it it 30 to deliver, outdated website in major need of an upgrade
