I had booked an end of tenancy clean with CCS. All very easy to book and get arranged. We had the clean booked for the Tuesday and we were due to give our keys back on the Wednesday. When I finished work to inspect the ‘6 hours’ of cleaning apparently done I came to find a plethora of issues. The cleaner advised she hoovered and mopped my floors twice along with the ‘deep clean service’. Let me tell you if this is the standard of their deep clean I recommend you use someone else. The cleaner was very rude, I couldn’t accommodate them coming back to finish the job as we had commitments that evening and needed to get the cleaning done before an ante natal class we had booked and paid for. She offered a 10 reduction as a gesture of goodwill which is laughable. I advised I wouldn’t be happy to pay based on the standard of work, the inconvenience and just the whole experience. I had to give my keys back the next day and couldn’t jeopardise not getting my deposit back. After refusing to pay the cleaner threatened me with legal action. A 28 week pregnant lady who employed a cleaner to do her job, but she didn’t. She failed her job and for the pleasure I had to pay her for ‘4hours’ work in the end. Part of me wanted her to peruse me as I have endless pictures of her shoddy work. But as I have enough going on with moving house and having a baby, I just paid to get rid of her!!! Do not use!!!
